    Preparation	Full bed based on 5 sand: 1 cement ratio. Bonding agent recommended for installation to act as an adhesive between the product and mortar bed.

    Shade Variation	Grade 3, distinctive shade difference between the tiles and increased amount of colours with 3+ colours per tile and per collection.
    Batch Information	All Porcelains are manufactured in batches, which can mean that colour and texture may vary between batch numbers. To identify your porcelain, each tile is wrapped showing the specific batch number. We recommend keeping this batch number in case you need replacements or additional tiles. We advise against mixing different size packs, as the packs are not manufactured together so can vary in colour and textures.   Sometimes the packaging on our tiles and crates may be labelled with a different name than the one used on our website. Trade names and Manufacturing names sometimes differ due to the copyright with names. If you need help on this, please contact us and we can discuss all available options.

     

• Delivery

  • We aim to deliver all goods within 5-7 business days from the receipt of order.

    Our next day delivery service is available to all orders placed before 12pm Monday – Thursday. Next day orders placed before 12pm on Friday will be delivered the following Monday, excluding Bank Holidays.

    Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking reference from a third-party courier service. When your order reaches your local depot, one of their team will arrange a delivery date with yourselves.
