    Batch Information	All Porcelains are manufactured in batches, which can mean that colour and texture may vary between batch numbers. To identify your porcelain, each tile is wrapped showing the specific batch number. We recommend keeping this batch number in case you need replacements or additional tiles. We advise against mixing different size packs, as the packs are not manufactured together so can vary in colour and textures. Sometimes the packaging on our tiles and crates may be labelled with a different name than the one used on our website. • Description

  • Oakwood is a porcelain that is designed to give off that stylish wood grain effect. This is where the beauty of timber meets the practicality, strength and longevity of porcelain.
    
    There are many qualities when investing in porcelain from its strength, hardwearing nature and lightness to install compared to a more natural product. Porcelain is also known for being non-porous which gives you piece of mind when keeping the staining, mould, algae, moss, winter salts and chemicals at bay, making it the perfect choice when looking for a low maintenance paving/patio area. You will also be glad to hear that due to it being a porcelain you do not need to seal this product.
    
    A SBR Bond/ Primer for the back of the paving slab is always recommended to help the paving slab adhere during the installation.
    
    The sample is an offcut of the paving that we sell and is purely to give you an idea and representation of the finish and tones within the paving. This is on average a 100x100mm sample, but sizes may vary. THIS IS NOT A FULL SIZED SLAB.

• Delivery

  • We aim to deliver all goods within 5-7 business days from the receipt of order.

    Our next day delivery service is available to all orders placed before 12pm Monday – Thursday. Next day orders placed before 12pm on Friday will be delivered the following Monday, excluding Bank Holidays.

    Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking reference from a third-party courier service. When your order reaches your local depot, one of their team will arrange a delivery date with yourselves.
